US Return & Exchange Policy:

Unworn, unwashed clothing and products with the tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Art Prints and styles marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. For "Brands We Love" item returns, please visit our Contact page for a list of emails to contact the brand directly to initiate a return as these items cannot be returned via our returns portal. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and we reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Return Options:

1) Size Exchanges - FREE return label

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? An exchange is your best option.

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘in transit’ by USPS. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement. Please note that inventory is not held or guaranteed. This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. Also please note Piccolina offers exchanges only on different sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.

2) Store Credit - FREE return label

Perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now and just like an exchange, we cover the cost of your return. When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back and the store credit will be issued to your email address once it arrives back to us.

3) Refund - $4.99 Handling Fee

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $4.99 for return delivery if you choose a refund and this amount will be deducted from your refund total. Just simply use the USPS return label generated for you when you submit your return.

Start a Return or Exchange: 

Simply go to our returns portal and follow the prompts, download / print your return label, then mail your package back to us! We’ll send you a notification as soon as your store credit or refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow 3-4 business days for returns to be processed and/or shipped.

Returning or exchanging a gift? No problem! Just go to our returns portal and click "Start Gift Return Here" and follow the prompts to receive store credit or exchange for a different size.


International returns: Unworn, unwashed clothing and products with tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Styles marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we approve your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with the address to ship back the product. Please allow 4-5 business days from the date the item(s) are received for the refund or store credit to be processed.
