What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed clothing and products with the tags attached and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Art Prints and styles marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. For "Brands We Love" item returns, please visit our Contact page for a list of emails to contact the brand directly to initiate a return as these items cannot be returned via our returns portal. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and we reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. How do I return or exchange?

Simply go to our returns portal and follow the prompts, download / print your USPS return label, then mail your package back to us.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange item?

We’ll send you a notification as soon as your store credit or refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow 3-4 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed and/or shipped. Also allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment depending on your bank.

How long before my order ships?

Orders (excluding Art Prints & Brands We Love) that are in stock are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking. Art Prints are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for unframed prints and 20 business days for framed prints to be produced and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, there is a very small window of time where we are able to cancel or make any changes such as address updates, style, or size changes before it is released to our warehouse for processing/fulfillment. Please email us at support@piccolinakids.com if you have an issue and we will try our best to accommodate changes. However, please know there is a possibility that changes may not be able to be made.
